Course Description:
Apple iPad / iPhone workshop is a hands on training that will provide you with the skills you need from registering, basic settings, working with applications, syncing and basic troubleshooting for an Apple iPad / iPhone.
Target Audience:
Anyone that needs to familiarise oneself with an Apple iPad / iPhone.

1. Registering your iPad / iPhone
- why you need an iTunes account
2. Using the iOS & touch interface
- including finger gestures, typing & orientation
3. Setting the basic Settings
- Wi-fi & 3G networks, locations, interface & app setup
4. Working with applications
- arranging icons, making folders, background tasks
5. Using the default applications
- the Safari browser, Mail, Photos and App Store [SA vs US]
6. Keeping it all in sync
- no duplicate email, sync your contacts and calendars, photos & music
7. Making your iPad / iPhone last
- battery-saving techniques
8. Basic troubleshooting
- restarting, rebooting, freezing and charging your iPad / iPhone
9. Recommended applications
- viewing docs, calculator, weather, clocks & device stats
